Neve Sharett, Tel Aviv
Project Building

In the neighborhood of Neve Sharett, located within walking distance of Ramat HaHayal, on Beit El Street, a 9-story boutique project with 74 apartments was built.

Entrepreneur Kim Lustigman, together with the architecture firm Me'oz Price, is promoting a project in the context of urban renewal that includes approximately 50 apartments for sale. The project has gone through several planning alternatives, and ultimately the decision was made to upgrade the planning, from the internal layout and apartment area to the finishing level of the building and housing units. The project is located in the Neve Sharett neighborhood, within walking distance of Ramat HaHayal, on Beit El Street, and includes a boutique building with 9 floors and 74 apartments.

"The project consists of two connected residential buildings, each with 9 floors and 74 apartments, underground parking. The estimated sales cycle is around 250 million NIS."

The developing neighborhood of North Tel Aviv is located in the north-eastern part of Tel Aviv, adjacent to the upscale neighborhoods of Tzahala and Ramat HaHayal, and the employment areas of Kiryat Atidim and Ramat HaHayal. Over the past decade, the Tel Aviv municipality has initiated a series of urban renewal plans in the neighborhood, which was among the first to undergo such a process. The neighborhood is expected to be unrecognizable within a few years. The Lustigman project in Neve Sharett is within walking distance of the green line of the light rail, the country club of Neve Sharett, and leading educational institutions. In addition, there are extensive green areas in the vicinity, the Yarkon Park, easy access to central traffic routes and exit from the city. The project's surroundings are highly competitive, with several other projects expected to be built concurrently. We are building a project that will look and feel somewhat different from most of the construction in the area.

The project came to us after an architecture firm had already created a detailed plan. After examining the project with the client, it was decided to make changes and turn to the Mizrachi Price architecture firm to create a new plan based on market research we conducted. We built a program and framework based on the preferences and demands of the target audience, with a strong emphasis on interior design and building facades.
